  1. Road Rage in the Church Parking Lot with John Crist:
This is so accurate that is possibly offensive and hilarious all at the same time. Don’t miss this 90-second spoof of many of us pulling through the church parking lot on Sunday morning.
  2. 8 Energy Drains to Drop From Your Life by Stephen Guise:  Everything we do requires energy. Many people blame a lack of time for their failure to reach their goals when it’s actually that their typical day saps their energy before they get a chance to work on “dream road.” Human energy is clearly important, let’s take a look at some of the worst ways to spend it. If we can cut down on our energy spending in these areas, we’ll have more energy left over for the things that truly deserve it.
  3. The Mini Habits for Weight Loss: Stop Dieting. Form New Habits. Change Your Lifestyle Without Suffering. By Stephen Guise
This is the best “diet book” I’ve read, and I have read a lot of them. Stephen Guise is a minimalist at heart, I believe. Which means he has my attention right out of the gate.
  4. A Great Listen from Jesus Culture. Let it Echo (Live)
I absolutely love the energy of this album. Kim Walker Smith is one of my favorite singers, but the whole album is powerful. Get your beats on and hit the trail with Jesus Culture, Live!

BONUS: A Quote that I am Pondering from Benjamin Franklin:
“The Constitution only guarantees the American people the right to pursue happiness. You have to catch it yourself.”

And Another Bonus: A Fun and Delicious Lunch with Great Baked Goods:
Henri’s – We love this Buckhead staple for the sandwiches and the baked goods.

Thanks again for joining me on the 4forFRIDAY. I’d love to meet you and put a face with a name. So, if you can make it to Sugar Hill Church this Sunday, I’ll see you at 9:30a or 11:00a. We also stream live at live.sugarhill.church.

Have the Very Best Friday,
AChuck

Chuck. Look forward to your comments every day. You are such a blessing. I grew up in a family where you did not talk about your troubles or hardships. At 77 years old it is awesome to be able to know that it is not only ok but will ease so much stress in your life. Love you and your family. Miss Gwen
