Weekday Meditation Friday Edition

Weekday Meditation with ACHUCKAllen

Congratulations, you made it through the first stretch of the holidays.
My 5 day MEDITATION has helped me and I pray that it has helped you as well.

These past few days has sparked some interesting questions. Here are a few of them:

  1. “Why do you make such a big deal about breathing?” Answer: It seems to put my soul at rest and separates my awareness from where I’ve been to where I want to be.
  2. “Why do you make these meditations so short?” Answer: I read a recent pole that indicated that the vast majority of people that claim to be Followers of Jesus ever take time to entrust their days with a time to pray, read scripture, develop an attitude of gratitude or listen for the voice of the Divine. As a result, I thought you might could ease your way into a faith-filled habit on a daily basis.
  3. “What version or translation of the Bible do you read from in the meditations?” Answer: The New Living Translation. For my personal study, I prefer The English Standard Version.

4. “Will you keep providing the meditations past Thanksgiving Week?” Answer: Yes, but they will not return until December 4 – December 24.

I truly believe that every person on the planet can make a positive impact, if we each set our daily course by the compass of SOLITUDE, GRATITUDE, SCRIPTURE & PRAYER.
