Tuesday Gummies

Tuesday, the second day of the work-week. Two days after Sunday. Tuesday gets a bad reputation. What if you could take three tiny, tasty gummies every Tuesday, knowing that they would guarantee a great day? Would you be sure to take your gummies? I know you would because I would too!

Here are three gummy vitamins that will make your Tuesday better. If you take these three as prescribed from Dr. Chuck, and you don’t have a better Tuesday, I’ll buy you a Starbuck’s tomorrow. Just reply to this BLOG, and I’ll send you a $5.00 Starbucks gift via email. Remember, you need to take all three before you determine if Tuesday was better.

Here you go:

  1. Gummy Vitamin Number 1 – Stop somewhere and buy your spouse a card and something they would enjoy for $5.00, or less. Wrap it or put it in a gift bag. Handwrite a note in the card, including at least three reasons that you love them. Then give it to them at dinner, or when you’re ready for bed.
  2. Gummy Vitamin Number 2 – Ask a stranger, in line, on an elevator, or a store clerk the following questions? 1) How are you today? 2) Is there anything I can pray for you today? I’ve been blown off plenty of times, but never when I’ve asked how I can pray for someone.
  3. Gummy Vitamin Number 3 – Start your day by answering three questions. Then write the answers where you will be reminded of them throughout the day. 1) What three things are you grateful for today? 2) What is a word that would best describe the attitude you need  to be at your best today? 3) Who do I need to say thank you to today?

I know, these seem so elementary. You must be thinking, but Chuck, I wanted some deep, powerful challenge that would really equip me for greatness. I suppose that I could make these sound more significant, but why not take the gummies and keep it simple. After all, it’s Tuesday!

Stay Cool,

Chuck
