Weekday Meditation

Weekday Meditation by AChuckAllen

A few years ago I was struggling with my emotional health and struggling greatly with my faith life. I had always avoided anything that seemed remotely new age or even charismatic. I was challenged to consider meditation and laughed at the thought. Me, Chuck Allen, there was no way I was going in for the chants and ommmmmmmmsss.

And then it happened. I stepped into four daily disciplines that are now essential to my morning routine. These four disciplines aren’t really time consuming, but they have become life altering.

As mentioned in yesterday’s article, I got super intentional with my GRATITUDE. Every single day I start my day by answering this question: What three things am I grateful for today…right now? I then read the Holy SCRIPTURES, then JOURNAL my thoughts, wins, lessons learned and focus for the day and I finish with very specific PRAYER. I have learned that specific prayers yields specific results.

I then finish that time off with a few minutes of God-honoring meditation. I find a place and take on an attitude of quietude and solitude before listening to the WeekdayMeditation.com. It’s about 7 minutes of guided prayer and meditation.

These disciplines are available in my new resource, “POWER ROUTINES” and I especially want to invite you to join me each weekday for my WeekdayMeditation.com.

I’ll guarantee you that when you carve a few minutes into your hectic day, that is intentionally designed and simply recorded, it will change the trajectory of your emotional, mental, physical and spiritual life!

I have been recording and posting the Weekday Meditation since January and hundreds of folks have already embedded this free resource into their morning routines. I hope that you’ll consider doing the same.

And please, let me know what you think.

Go in Peace,
AChuck
