Kill it Monday!

Kill it Monday with ACHUCKAllen

I want to encourage you today! I know it’s Monday, but why not set the pace, be the thermostat and create an attitude of gratitude.

If I could give you a magic pill that would give you an opportunity to have a Monday where you could “KILL IT”, you wouldn’t hesitate to swallow that pill!

I think I can give you a prescription to guarantee you the ability to KILL IT TODAY!

Set the Pace: long distance runners use the phrase “Run Your Own Race” a lot. The gist of the statement is that we cannot run someone else’s run, we must run our own. You might be motivated by someone else, but you have to run your own race, at your own pace! The Divine has a race for you to run. He has set a course that is customized for you. He has created you to run the race, press on toward the prize. Sometimes the race and the pace are challenging or unbearable. But here’s the deal – You can never run the race He has set for you – You can never run at the pace He has set for you, if you never take the time to hear from Him. Be mindful of His voice and direction today!

Everywhere you go today, choose to be the thermostat, not the thermometer. A thermometer can only tell you the temperature of a room. A thermostat can change the temperature of a room. Bring peace, joy and hope to whatever room you walk into today! Don’t simply conform to this world – Overcome this world with the CHIEF OVERCOMER – Jesus, the Lord!

Develop an attitude of gratitude. You’ve heard it said before, when we are grateful for what we have, what we have is always enough. Set a course of mindful gratitude. Choose to look for things you are grateful for. I am convinced that when we articulate and write down that which we are grateful for as we start this day, we prep our souls for the Divine’s very best to be poured over us.

Want to KILL IT today? Follow this path:

  • Set the Pace.
  • Be the Thermostat.
  • Search for and set your heart, mind and soul on Gratitude. Nothing is more appealing than an attitude or gratitude!

Peace, AChuck
